Airport Property Lease Management System
Power Analysis designed and developed the
system that the airline carrier uses to manage all of their domestic
and international properties. This database is used to track all
information pertaining to the leases for the airline carrier "On-Airport"
and "Off-Airport" properties. Extensive reporting capabilities
are provided including lease abstracts, critical date notification
"trigger" reports and various financial summary reports.
Data for this new application was converted from a third party proprietary
database. The system was developed using the client standard office
database standard, Microsoft Access 97.
Membership, Events Management and Invoicing Application
The Chicago Minority Business Development
Council, Inc. (CMBDC) is a premier organization for increasing business
opportunities between major buying organizations and minority-owned
businesses. The CMBDC membership includes over 125 private-and public-sector
buying organizations and more than 900 minority businesses.
Development of an integrated database application that automates
membership services, event management and tradeshow registration,
supplier certification, market development, procurement referrals,
dues, invoicing and accounts receivable functions of CMBDC. Application
is written in MS Visual Basic 6.0 and MS Access 97.
Power Analysis provided consulting services to
assist the Director of Information Technology and Telecommunications
with the writing of a comprehensive telecommunications RFP that
includes all CHA local, long distance, paging, cellular, ISP provider
and data communication services.
Perspectives, LTD is a Behavioral Healthcare and
Human Resources Consulting firm; they manage Employee Assistance
(EAP). and Managed Behavioral Health Care Programs.
